Repeat Prescriptions

Use the form below if you wish to ask on-line for repeat prescriptions.

Please use one form for each pet and allow 2 full working days for your request to be processed. If you need anything more urgently call the surgery on 020 8686 6070 for advice. Prescriptions are not processed over a weekend.

Note that from 1st March 2020 the price of a prescription increases to £15.50.

After 2 working days you can pick up your prescription medicines from the surgery and pay for them on collection. Or if you wish them to be posted to you we will need to call you to collect payment before posting. We will always send by Royal Mail Signed for First Class delivery and there will be a postage charge due. We will inform you of the amount when we call for payment.

We will need to have seen your pet at the surgery within the last 3 or 6 months, dependant on medication, to provide a repeat prescription.

Please be aware that it may be necessary for your pet to be seen by a vet before further medication can be dispensed. If this is the case we will contact you to arrange an appointment.
